Jagaa Retreat in Bangalore, India

If you identify as a hacker, programmer, artist or innovator interested in learning about the workings of your own mind, then this mindfulness meditation retreat is for you.

Today, mindfulness meditation has become integral at Google, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter. Many such companies, alternative communities and activist groups have established mindfulness meditation rooms and offer classes throughout the year.

This retreat has been finely designed to offer an experience of journeying and entering together as a community into states of deep-time and deep-space. As we establish in concentration and stability of the mind, we begin to experience healing and awakening that radiates outward from the individual - to the interpersonal - to our the Earth and our inter-existence.

This retreat will move between periods of silence and periods of talking.
